Uzodimma Presents 2026 Fiscal Proposal To Imo Assembly

The Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, will present the 2026 Budget estimates to the Imo State House of Assembly on Monday, December 22, 2025, at 1:00 pm.

The State Commissioner for Information, Strategy and Public Orientation Hon Declan Emelumba disclosed this in a statement over the weekend.

In keeping with established tradition, the budget presentation will serve as an opportunity for His Excellency to appraise the performance of his administration in the preceding fiscal years and set the course for the new year.

Consequently, esteemed Imo leaders, religious leaders, traditional rulers, and all relevant stakeholders are cordially invited to attend this auspicious state function.

Adequate arrangements have been put in place to accommodate all, he said.
