The World Water Council has extended an invitation to Dr. Joachim Ezeji, a renowned water expert and social entrepreneur, to participate in the Second Stakeholders Consultative Meeting of the 11th World Water Council Forum.
This meeting is scheduled to occur on the 8th and 9th of April, 2026, at the Ritz Carlton in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In an invitation letter dated 17th December, 2025, the World Water Council characterized the stakeholders’ meeting as a significant milestone on the path to the 11th World Water Forum, which will be held in Riyadh in 2027.
The Second Stakeholders’ Meeting aims to build upon the progress initiated during the first stakeholders’ consultation meeting that took place in Riyadh in April 2025.
The Jeddah meeting will concentrate on strengthening collaboration across thematic, regional, and political processes, ensuring that the ideas developed today will lead to tangible impacts in the future, according to the organizers.
The World Water Council emphasized the importance of aligning expertise, ambition, and commitment to transform shared visions into solutions addressing the increasing water challenges posed by climate change, urban development, and security pressures.
