Pastor Conducts Deliverance On ‘Runz’ Student
A pastor affiliated with a contemporary church in Ideato South Local Government Area of Imo State has conducted a deliverance ceremony for a female student attending a tertiary institution in the area.
This student, who was also involved in a secondary occupation commonly referred to as prostitution, sought liberation from the influence of a juju godmother from the South West.
In order to complete the deliverance and liberate herself from the grip of this supernatural influence, the student voluntarily handed over charms and amulets that had been provided to facilitate her involvement in prostitution, for the purpose of incineration.
During a telephone conversation with our correspondent on Sunday evening, the pastor recounted that the student, known as a “runz girl,” had contacted him requesting assistance in breaking free from the control exerted by the occult Yoruba woman.
The pastor further explained that, amidst tears, the student confessed that she had been enticed into prostitution by another student attending a polytechnic in the state.
The pastor said she claimed not to have found peace since embarking on this path. Consequently, she sought the pastor’s assistance to stop this secondary occupation and reverse any malevolent influence imposed upon her, particularly in the light of the occultist’s warning that leaving the group could result in dire consequences, including death.
During the prayers of deliverance, the pastor revealed that he had received a word of knowledge indicating that the occultist would communicate with the girl to reassure her that no harm would come to her, and that she would be the source of her own harm due to harboring fear in her heart.
The pastor further conveyed that this is precisely what transpired when, shortly after the completion of the deliverance, a brief message was received on her phone from the occultist, stating that no evil would befall her.
