Imo Chairman Inspects New APC Secretariat Site
Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Imo State, Chief Austin Onyedebelu, conducted an inspection of the site designated for the construction of the new party secretariat in Owerri, the state capital, on Saturday.
Accompanying him on this inspection were a delegation from the party’s headquarters, members of the state working committee, and the site engineers.
Onyedebelu shared details of the inspection tour in a post on Facebook.
The proposed secretariat is situated along Okigwe Road in Owerri, in proximity to Imo State University.
He emphasized the significance of this project, stating that it will provide a suitable administrative and operational headquarters for the APC in Imo State.
He expressed his gratitude for the exceptional leadership and steadfast support of the party, particularly acknowledging Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of the decade.
He stated; “His dedication to fortifying the structures of our party illustrates his recognition that a robust political organization necessitates strong institutions. This new secretariat will further enhance coordination, administration, grassroots mobilization, and effective engagement across our 27 Local Government Areas.
“I remain committed to delivering the leadership and oversight necessary to ensure that this project meets the highest standards. We are thankful to the Governor for this significant investment in the future of the APC in Imo State.
“We are constructing a secretariat that will not only serve the party today but will also establish a lasting institutional foundation for the ongoing growth and success of the APC in Imo State.”
