PAP Executive, Emeana Bags Dual Chieftaincy Titles
Sir Kennedy Ikechukwu Enyereibe Emeana, a prominent executive at the Pan African Parliament based in Midrand, South Africa, is poised to receive two esteemed chieftaincy titles in Imo State.
On January 9, 2026, Sir Emeana will be honored with the traditional title of Akachi 1 of Umuokanne Autonomous Community, situated within the Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State.
Subsequently, on January 10, 2026, HRH Eze Emmanuel Okoro, Ph.D, the Traditional Ruler of Ihitaoha Autonomous Community Uratta in Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, will confer upon Sir Emeana the chieftaincy title of Ike Igbo.
The conferment ceremonies are anticipated to be grand affairs, with several of Sir Emeana’s international associates already present to witness the proceedings and facilitate investment opportunities in the state.
The second title ceremony will occur at the Palace of HRH Eze Emmanuel Okoro in Ihitaoha Autonomous Community Uratta Owerri, while the reception will be held at the ancestral residence of Sir Emeana, located on Madumere Street, Owerri, capital city of Imo State.
In an interview with National Newsbreak on Tuesday in Owerri, Sir Emeana expressed his gratitude to the traditional rulers of Umuokanne and Ihitaoha Autonomous Community Uratta Owerri for deeming him worthy of these honors.
He revealed that the foreign investors, whose presence he facilitated, are interested in the oil and gas, waste recycling, digital economy, and education sectors of the Imo State economy.
Sir Emeana is a graduate of Abia State University Uturu.
He also attended Holy Ghost College Owerri.
