GPA Chairman Notifies Tinubu of Discovery of Western Wall of Solomon’s Temple in Owerri.

Dr. Philip Njemanze, Chairman of the Global Profile Alliance (GPA), has penned a letter to President Bola Tinubu on behalf of the Indigenous people of Amawom, Owerri, Imo State, to bring to his attention a groundbreaking discovery of immense historical and spiritual significance: the Western Wall of the Temple of Solomon in Owerri, Imo State, purportedly the true site of the Ancient Temple of Solomon in Jerusalem, situated beneath the modern city of Owerri.
According to Dr. Njemanze, an ancient map predating 63 BCE corresponds precisely with modern-day Owerri, corroborated by archaeological findings, linguistic evidence, and oral tradition, which identify landmarks such as ‘Omakpo’ (Ancient Temple), ‘Nkwoeriụtara’ (Marketplace of the Feeding of the Five Thousand), and ‘Okpukporokpe’ (Penitential Rites Land) as analogous to Jerusalem’s sacred sites.
As an Academician of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA), the UNESCO world body for Space Research, Dr. Njemanze emphasized the discovery’s outstanding universal value, which could position Nigeria at the forefront of world history, religion, and peacebuilding.
Noting Nigeria’s status as a state party to the UNESCO World Heritage Convention, Dr. Njemanze urged the president to declare the sites in Owerri as protected National Heritage areas and direct the Nigerian National Commission for UNESCO (NATCOM-UNESCO) to initiate the nomination process for UNESCO recognition.
He also recommended support for indigenous custodians in conserving the sites and engagement with global faith and cultural institutions to safeguard this heritage.
Dr. Njemanze expressed confidence that the president’s leadership would enable Nigerians to fulfill their historic role as custodians of this sacred legacy, promoting unity, faith, and global peace.
