Ezebuiro Debuts With ‘The Trusted Bridge’

Sir Henry Ceejay Ezebuiro, an esteemed international business magnate, has authored his inaugural book, entitled “The Trusted Bridge: Faith, Leadership, and the Future of Global Trust.”

This publication encapsulates insights derived from his three decades of experience in building, serving, and learning across four continents. The book is now accessible on Amazon.

Regarding his motivation, Sir Ezebuiro stated, “The impetus for writing this book stemmed from recurring observations I encountered — within boardrooms in America, villages in Nigeria, policy environments in Europe, and during humanitarian missions in Liberia and Greece.

The recurring theme was evident: despite being well-funded, well-staffed, and well-intentioned, numerous programs faltered upon engaging with the very individuals they were designed to assist.

These failures did not arise from flawed design, inadequate resources, or deficient strategy, but rather from a breakdown in trust.”

Sir Ezebuiro, who is the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate for the Ideato Federal Constituency in the forthcoming 2027 House of Representatives election, addressed the disparity between promise and experience.

He elaborated, “We have constructed a world populated by trillion-dollar institutions, yet we have lost the confidence of the communities these institutions are meant to serve. We have devised the most sophisticated leadership frameworks in human history, yet produced a generation of leaders who wield authority but fail to inspire belief.

We have bridged every gap except the most crucial one — the gap between institutional promises and actual experiences.

‘The Trusted Bridge’ is my endeavor to identify this gap and propose an alternative approach.”

He described trust as an operational infrastructure, contending that it is not merely a soft skill or cultural preference, but rather the foundational support of every society, institution, and human interaction.

He emphasized that when trust is present, extraordinary achievements become attainable.

Conversely, he asserted that in the absence of trust, no amount of capital, expertise, or strategy can sustain the structure.

Architects of global policy, including leaders from the World Bank, United Nations, and NGOs, as well as decision-makers such as ethical investors, policymakers, diplomats, faith leaders, and community elders, will find this publication invaluable.
