Anyanwu-Akeredolu Addresses CWO Inaugural August Meeting
Dr. Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, the Labour Party candidate for the Oweri Federal Constituency in the forthcoming House of Representatives election, is set to serve as the special guest of honour at the inaugural August Meeting of the Catholic Women Organization (CWO).
This event will take place at the Immaculate Conception Parish in Amakohia Uratta, located within the Owerri North Local Government Area of Imo State, on Friday, July 31, 2026.
A letter issued by Mrs. Onyinyechi Iwuagwu, President; Dr. Cynthia Erin-Ola, Secretary; and Rev. Fr. Dr. Cletus Eboh, indicates that the program aims to spiritually and morally prepare mothers in the parish prior to their return to their villages for the annual August meetings.
Dr. Anyanwu-Akeredolu, a former First Lady of Ondo State, will address the attendees on significant issues concerning women and the girl child.
