EIIC: IPAG Cautions Mischief-Makers, Attests To Uzodimma’s Projects
The Imo Political Awareness Group (IPAG) has cautioned against spreading false information regarding the administration of Senator Hope Uzodimma, Governor of Imo State, while attesting to the quality of projects executed under his leadership.
According to IPAG, all projects implemented by the administration not only meet but exceed global standards and specifications.
In a statement signed by Benjamin Uwaoma, the group’s spokesman, IPAG disputed reports of the collapse of the Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Conference Centre (EIICC) in Owerri, stating that the building remains structurally sound.
The group explained that a minor incident involving external fittings, which did not affect the building’s structure, was blown out of proportion by opponents.
IPAG described Governor Uzodimma’s administration as a model of quality, transparency, and integrity in governance, noting that its achievements cannot be diminished by propaganda.
The group warned against spreading falsehoods and urged Imo residents to remain supportive of the state’s transformation efforts.
The Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu International Convention Centre, commissioned by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on September 30, 2025, is a testament to Governor Uzodimma’s vision for Imo State as a hub for commerce, tourism, and intellectual exchange.
IPAG emphasized that the Centre’s quality and durability reflect the Governor’s commitment to professional supervision and quality delivery in public projects.
