Dr. Ethelbert Okere, the Director General of the Imo State Orientation Agency (ISOA), is scheduled to unveil his latest book, titled “Once Upon A Day,” on April 29, 2026. This public presentation will coincide with the celebration of Dr. Okere’s 2026 birthday anniversary.
