Prophet Chisom Ekwonna of the Living Seed Ministry, Lagos has taken Imo State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to the cleaners for supporting Gov Hope Uzodimma’s come-back bid.
Ekwonna made the condemnation in a telephone chat with our correspondent on Wednesday.
According to him, all of them that attended the prayer summit adopting Uzodimma and endorsing his second term bid have questions to answer before God.
The seer insisted that if they know God they should know that he who hates justice should not govern.
He expressed shock that ”after seeing the destruction of the state by Uzodimma, the killings that had happened and are still happening, men of God that preach the gospel went as far as adopting the same man whose administration has killed and destroyed lives. I doubt the God they serve”
He raised these posers: “These so-called men of God, are they staying in the state, do they know what they are preaching, do they still know the names that they bear”.
He added that the bishop who prayed and laid hand on Gov Uzodimma has derailed, because according to him, God instructed that we should not lay hands anyhow.
Prophet Ekwonna said; “I want to know the reason for laying hand and praying for Uzodimma. While praying for the peace of the nation and the state it was revealed to me that these men that gathered are going to face God’s wrath. They should reverse their statement and stop using the name of God in vain”
According to him, “Uzodimma is not from God, the government started with lies and has not helped the state in any way. Those of them agitating for his coming back should either reverse their statement or face the wrath of God.”
While promising to release his message on what is going to happen in Tinubu’s administration he warned that it is not yet Uhuru for all those claiming to have been elected because not all will be sworn-in.
