The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar won in the polling unit 010 Town School, Mbutu in Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area of Imo State.
Mbutu is the hometown of former governor of Imo State and ex-Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Emeka Ihedioha.
Ihedioha is at present the Chairman, PDP Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) in Imo State.
Atiku scored 191 votes to floor the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Labour Party (LP) presidential candidates, who polled one vote apiece at the polling unit.
A statement issued by his media aide, Chibuike Onyeukwu also disclosed that Ihedioha delivered the PDP candidates for the National Assembly polls at the polling unit.
