Imo State governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma will on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 participate in the second edition of his live phone-in programme.
The state Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Hon Declan Emelumba disclosed this in a statement issued on Tuesday.
Emelumba said all private and public radio stations in the state will connect through a mobile radio station during the three-hour programme.
According to the commissioner, the programme will also be streamed live online on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube.
He said Imo people at home and in the diaspora will be given the opportunity to call in on the following numbers 08105366239, 08162973458, 09054696746 during the programme to ask the governor any question and receive answers.
The commissioner further disclosed that student unions, market associations, road transport workers. Nigeria Bar Association, Nigeria Medical Association, human rights groups, labour unions had been invited to sit-in and ask the governor questions.
It was gathered that the programme kicks off at 5:00pm Nigerian time.
Emelumba added that the governor is demonstrating through the programme that his government is open, transparent and truly accountable to the people.
