The remains of Madam Jacinta Ngozi Nnorom (nee Ohalete) will be buried on Friday, August 26, 2022 at her hometown, Umuoparajiaku, Umuezefeke, Ugirinna in Isiala Mbano LGA of Imo State.
A statement signed by her eldest son, Engr. Steve Nnorom disclosed that the interment would be preceded by a Christian wake keep on Thursday, August 25, 2022.
According to the statement, her body will leave Aladinma Mortuary for her home town with a brief stop-over at her father’s compound in Umuopara Agwa Village.
The statement further revealed that a requiem mass will commence at St. Michael’s Catholic Parish, Ugirinna.
The statement reads in part; “Late Madam Jacinta Nnorom, Nne-Okwukwe, until her demise in April this year, was an epitome of a virtuous woman.
“She was articulate, sensitive, discerning, humble, Pacific, approachable and benevolent.
“Her life and times provide the most appropriate definitions of womanhood and motherhood.
“To say the least, she was a woman of outstanding substance, dignity as well as unshakable religious belief.
“Little wonder she was bestowed with the most prestigious title of Nne-Okwukwe by the Catholic Church”.
